When Early Life Support (ELS) has been executed as per the agreement, the WIP Lead must verify that all the activities are completed as planned and the Acceptance Criteria For Support WIP has been met.

The WIP Lead should take all the required sign-offs from the relevant stakeholders as per the agreement and transfer the outstanding transition activities to the relevant Run team.

This task marks the end of the transition phase. The Engagement Manager (Transition) must make sure that all controls are transferred to the Delivery Manager who will be responsible for delivering the services in the Run phase.

It is highly recommended to update the lessons learnt database.
